Keno Tactics That Are Sure To Win
It won’t usually be deemed the funnest game in the universe of gambling, but keno has huge amounts of devout players. And why not? It’s a regularly thrilling lottery-like game that’s a breeze to play, abundantly available in many different variations, and one that will pay out mega-dollars for players who learn its heaps of subtle nuances. But let’s start with the beginner’s rules for now.
When defining keno to beginners, some betting masters compare it to lotto. This is at least to a certain degree apt, in that both games are basically numerical. But to carry that comparison too far is likely to be to minimize the countless unique aspect that make keno so interesting. Not like bingo, keno players have the freedom to select the numbers for each and every card.
Keno cards have a grand total of eighty numbers, but the user is given an extra level of personal responsibility by being able to determine as many (or as few) numbers as he wants. And it doesn’t take a nuclear physicist to figure out how to fill out a card: all you do is circle or otherwise mark each of your desired numbers with a ordinarymarker like you used when you were in grade 3.
After you’ve marked your numbers, take your keno card back to the person at the keno booth. The girl will record your numbers and then hand you a receipt. Don’t lose this (potentially) expensive bit of paper! Even if the clerk remembers your pretty face and wants help out, without a winning receipt in hand, you will get precisely $.00 for your time spent.
OK, so there you have strategy numero uno: always be sure to keep your keno ticket. Let’s get on to something a little more advanced, shall we?
After you’ve selected your numbers, get yourself into a nice keno booth and see the action take place on the video monitor. That’s where the winning numbers are shown for us. If you marked winning numbers, mark your card aptly. Be sure not to dally, or sit there praising yourself for an obnoxious length of time. You are required to get up to the keno booth to get your winnings, since a new drawing will likely get going within 5 minutes.
Strategy number two: always make it back to the keno stand on time!
Assuming you can’t trust yourself to meet that five-minute margin every time, you always have the option of using a "multi-race" card. These include the self same set of your chosen numbers on anywhere from 2 to 20 cards. When the maximum number of rounds (the same as the amount of tickets) is completed, you will then be able to get off your lazy back side and go collect your winnings.
Still another choice is referred to as a "stray and play" keno slip, which generally lets you make number selection for 30 keno games or more. Heck, you can take vacation to France and not have to fret about getting back in time to retrieve your winnings. Most "stray and play" game cards are good for up to a whole year after you purchase it!
And now you are aware of a couple required techniques for winning keno. If you are an experienced gambler, they may seem to be very obvious. But it doesn’t hurt to brush up on the basic strategies, and if you are a new user, every tiny bit of direction will help make your keno betting more captivating.
